May Center for Learning is currently hiring for the following positions:

Intermediate Level Teacher for 2019-20 school year

May Center is growing and we are looking for experienced, empathetic teachers to join our lab school environment. The ideal candidate will have experience teaching upper elementary and/or middle school, experience in special education and/or multi-sensory language teaching, and be enthusiastic about learning and refining best practices of instruction for students with learning differences. Elementary Level Teacher for 2019-20 school year

May Center is growing and we are looking for experienced, empathetic teachers to join our lab school environment. The idea candidate will have experience in a Montessori-based elementary classroom, experience in special education and/or multi-sensory language teaching, and be enthusiastic about learning and refining best practices of instruction for students with learning differences. May Center Tutor:
This is a part-time, school-year position at May Center. Number of clients and hours worked is based upon client demand and cannot be guaranteed. May Center Tutoring Director is seeking qualified candidates with a background in education.  Experience with special education, bilingual education, ESL, Academic Language Teaching/Therapy and/or familiarity working with students with learning differences is desirable. May Center offers tutoring in reading, writing, math, executive function, study skills, and homework help. Candidate must be willing to train in May Center methodology.
