In science class with Ms. Carol, the students learned about the moon phases and were able to replicate the waxing and waning shadows on the moon with a lamp and Styrofoam “moon.” Each child was able to identify the phase of the moon present when they were born.
The intermediate classes participated together in an assembly. Ms. Corrie taught everyone about the history and celebration of Zozobra.
In Ms. Brenda’s art class, the students made collages of pictures that represented their personalities and interests.
