Owl Vision
Reading: To celebrate Read Across America Week, we had different special guests come in and read to our students. Guest readers included Ms. Jessica; Ms. Patty; Ms. Topa; May School parent Michael Box; board members Robert Glick and Maryirene Stevens; and Ms. Corrie’s students, who read to our youngest students.
Thank you to all of our guest readers this week! It was a wonderful experience for all of our students!
Art: This week, the students created silhouette collages.
Science: This week, the students continued working on invention and engineering projects and activities.
Around the Nest
This was a big week for our students, as we celebrated both Read Across America and Spirit Week, culminating in a bang with a lip sync performance by our Intermediate students for the rest of the school. We are so proud of our Intermediate students, who worked so hard to collaborate and create a beautiful performance!
