IMPORTANT REMINDERS

  • Friday, May 27 : Last Day of School!

Thank you for Helping Us
Dream Big

We are so grateful. Thank you to everyone who contributed to our annual fundraising campaign. We reached our initial goal of $120,000 in 24 hours, and raised $144,416 thanks to 136 donors!

Your support sustains our mission of empowering students with learning differences to reach their potential, and affirms that together, no dream is out of reach. Thank you for making this life-saving work possible.

Big thanks to our board members and our generous matchers! We could not have done this without you!

Field Day

Last Thursday students spent time at Patrick Smith Park playing games such as wheelbarrow races, hula hoop relays, potato sack hops, and water balloon toss.

Hooray for Field Day!

Santa Fe River Monitoring

Students in Ms. Trudy’s science class have been monitoring the Santa River at two locations — Cerro Gordo and Calle Debra — as part of a unit on rivers and watersheds. Students spent time in the field and assessed the river's health through a variety of parameters, synthesized their findings to form an understanding, and wrote the Water Quality Control Commission to alert them to some of their concerns.

Citizen scientists in action!
