CARDS FOR COVID-19 Patients
Students in Ms. Caitlin’s and Ms. Mich’s classes answered a request to send cards to patients with COVID-19. UNM released a request last week as an effort to help provide love and inspiration to those hospitalized with the virus. It’s great to see that community service continues to be a focus of the classrooms.
If your family would like to send cards you may mail them to:
UNM Hospital Attention: Barbara Temer 2211 Lomas Boulevard Northeast Albuquerque, New Mexico 87106
Brainstorming on jamboard
May School teachers continue to find great ways to engage students during online learning. Many teachers are finding creative ways to use Jamboard, an interactive Google app, to support student learning. This week, Ms. Trudy set up a Jamboard which allowed students to write on virtual sticky notes and share strengths that they witness in each other. What a great way to help students connect with one another!
